Chef James Clark in Canada

I am extremely excited to share the below video of my dear friend and chef from multiple restaurants', Chef James Clark of the the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on a recent visit to Toronto, sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau. Chef James taught the host how to make traditional Shrimp & Grits, bringing a flavor of the South to the Great White North. I want to watch this video over and over again, however each time it makes me more and more hungry!
